Ticket fees:

Full payment is due within 30 days of booking.

Cancellation terms:

Ticket cancellations must be done in writing only.

Cancellations received more than 100 days before the first day of Learnfest will receive a refund of ticket fees less an administration charge of 10% of the fee. Cancellations made between 100 and 30 days before the first day of Learnfest will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations in the 30 days prior to the event.

Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will attract a 100% cancellation fee. However, if you think a colleague would benefit from taking your place then substitutions may be named in writing at any time before Learnfest begins.

Please note: cancellation terms outlined apply upon completion of your online booking form.

LEARNFEST cancellation:

We will do our best to ensure that Learnfest goes ahead, but we reserve the right to cancel at any time. If we do so (other than for reasons outside of our control), we will refund your ticket fee in full but will have no further liabilities to you. In particular, we will not meet the costs of any pre-booked travel.

However, where we are forced to cancel the festival as a result of events arising which are outside of our control, we will have no obligation to offer a refund of your ticket fee. We recommend you take out appropriate insurance.

We reserve the right to change and amend the festival programme without prior notification and cannot be held responsible for headliners and workshop leaders who cancel. Refunds cannot be issued if a particular headliner or workshop leader does not attend.

Media:

As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being photographed and filmed/sound recorded. These images/videos/audio files may be:

• included in Impact’s publications, website and social media
• circulated to the media
• made available to other interested parties
